Looks sweet! I’m not a big fan of naked bikes but Honda did a great job on the CB1000R! I would actually considere owning one!

The pictures don’t do the bike justice, now that the ugly ass exhaust is gone she looks and sounds pissed off. Its no where the power of an RR but she isn’t a slouch either. It really feels like my 250 but with balls to get and shit. So damn light and easy to move. The Honda is by far the most under powered of all the nakeds but it comes to life in the twisties.

i had my little brother take my CB in to get the PCV, auto tuner, and steel braided clutch cable installed. He didn’t take any pix but he said the bike seems much more responsive. He said they also removed some smog equipment and installed K&N air filter. Ohlins rear shock still hasn’t come in yet hopefully it will be in before I get back from work in March. I am looking forward to putting some miles on this beast. I’ll post pix once I am home.

Got a few more blue farkels added to the CB today. Not really pleased with the contents of the probolt kit. Was expecting a little better products for the price they charge, but its to late now I ordered it and installed it on the bike. The bolt kit is okay, but feel cheap and light. I have already decided to go get the originals that I have taken out to get powder coated.

    Before pix

    After

I really like the pazzo levers, however I learnt the hard way I should have gone with the smaller lever on the clutch side, I went with full length and the clutch side is just too long. They dont look equal from the front.

I started the water pump bolts, but the first one I undid started leaking fluid so I just left it alone for now, as the bolts they send didnt really match the stock bolts.

Still waiting the blue hose, & chain. Rear shock will be here next week. D3 grips will be installed when the shock gets here. Dont have compressed air at the house to help get the grips off.

New Ohlins rear shock installed, have an appointment with the suspension man to get the front springs installed.

D3 grips & throttle tube from R6 (WOT in 1/4 turn) <—- Love this mod

Blue chain me no likey. Ordered dark blue they sent me sky blue just fucking blows ass, but paid to damn much not to run the damn thing. The blue hose kit is nice and a perfect fit no cutting needed.
